Step 1 - Gather your Santas! Singles, couples, groups, staff parties & clubs!

Step 2 - Book your accommodations by using promo code SANTA at participating hotels, motels and certified apartments. 

Step 3 - Purchase passes (link below). Your Santa Kit will arrive by mail (or local pick-up) and will include: hotel shuttle map, prize ballots and event wristband.

How long has the Santa Party been happening? 

2025 is the 17th annual.

Is this a 19+ Event?

Yes. Identification required.

How much does it cost to participate?

Adult Pass is $10 pre-sale. $15 regular.

What is included in the pass?

Food & Beverage discounts and offers, unlimited shuttle bus use, 2 prize ballots, admittance to Private Santa Parties.

IWhere do I get a Santa Suit?

Online, party/costume stores, thrift stores. GREENBUCKS XMAS Store - Grand Bend, ON.

Do I have to wear a Santa Suit?

All participants are encouraged to wear a traditional red/white santa suit.

What if I don't order passes in time?

Typically, the event sells out prior. Ticket Sales will close Dec 5th. 

Where do the proceeds go?

Community Volunteer groups & Local initiatives.

How much walking is involved?

Completely up to you. Visit one or multiple venues.

Is this a rain, snow or shine event?

Yes. Please use caution during inclement weather conditions.

How are the door prizes awarded?

All entries are collected by event organizers and are drawn at random in public. Winners will be contacted directly with pick up instructions. One draw $500, One draw $200, Three draws $100. Posted on IG grandbendsantaparty

SANTA PASSES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Participants agree to enjoy responsively. Organizers, restaurants, hotels, shuttle service and associated businesses cannot to held responsible for accident or injury. Participants accept any and all liability for personal safety for themselves and guests. All participants must agree to the terms set by each individual establishment, must be over the age of 19 and have identification. All participants agree to adhere to the regular rules as set by AGCO, MTO & OPP.

Hotels are cheaper than a DUI. Plan ahead. Don't drive impaired.
